    Here are my stats for the challenge:
    8/01 = 1.5 miles Walking Briskly
    8/02 = 1.5 miles Walking Briskly
    8/03 = 2 miles Walking Briskly
    8/04 = 2.5 Bike Riding Fast (knee bothering me) :sad:
    8/05 = 2 miles Briskly

    9.5 miles completed ! 40.5 to go!!!!! :flowerforyou:

    8/06 Rest my muscles no cardio
    8/07 2.0 miles (1 brisk & 1 moderate)
    8/08 2.5 miles (1.5 brisk & 1 moderate)
    8/09 No cardio
    8/10 3.0 miles (1.5 brisk & 1.5 moderate)
    8/11 No cardio
    8/12 2.5 miles (1.5 brisk & 1 moderate)

    10 miles completed! 30.5 to go!!!! :laugh:


    8/13= 1 mile
    8/14= 3 miles
    8/15= No run just Pilates
    8/16= 3 miles
    8/17= 1.5 miles and Pilates
    8/18= 2.0 miles
    8/19= 3.0 miles

    13.5 miles completed this week!

    Sadly I am going to be 1.5 mile under the 50 miles. I started the 30 day shred videos on Monday and I have been too sore most days to walk. When I did feel okay to walk it wasn't that far before the soreness came back. :cry:

    8/20 = No Walking
    8/21 = 2 miles
    8/22 = No Walking
    8/23 = 1/2 mile
    8/23 = No Walking
    8/25 = 1.5 Miles
    8/26 = 1.5 Miles (I was gonna walk another 1.5 miles after dinner but it started raining :grumble:

    For a total of 5.5 this week Making a total of 48.5 Miles :blushing:

    Sooooo close! Lets do it again next month! :)
