New From VA

Have started yet again another weight loss and exercise saga. All my life I've been up and down buts mostly up. My most recent effort resulted in abd out a 40 pound weight loss. I was trying to loose weight for my daughters wedding and for a medical procedure I was going to have. The medical procedure was a Hybrid Maze to cure my AFIB. It worked for 11 months, but I had gained a lot of the weight I had lost back. Since March I've been cardio verted back into sunus rhythm. 3 weeks ago after my last CV I decided that since the doctor advised not rasing my rate by playing tennis I needed to walk. So I've been walking every day except for weekends. This past Saturday while out doing some chores I decided it was time to work on the diet as well. So I found myfitnesspal.com and have been tracking my intake and output. I find that I'm most successful in loosing weight when I track every caloree that I consume. Usually, I have no trouble shedding the weight as long as I track it. The minute I stop logging what I do the weight slowly comes back.

It is a battle --keep trying but, some people can't exercise because of certain health issues, its even harder in that case. Just Hang Tuff & take it 1 hr at a time, have a cheat day once a week, mine is sat. or sundays. then i eat all i want but go back on cutting down the following week. we are gonna eat good food thats a fact,no one is good all the time, just get back to it the next day. YOU CAN DO THIS
