Feet

So I have done Insanity the past two times with no shoes on because my shoes were bothering my foot that just finished healing from some random injury that lasted like two months. Now that foot feels fine but the other one hurts. I can't win. lol. Motrin, ice, and planning to buy new shoes as soon as I can afford to. What do you wear on your feet? I think I am going to try to take it a little slower tomorrow and see how it feels. I'd rather do the whole two months with modifications than have to quite altogether like I had to last time (strep throat and knee issues combined.)

Get yourself some ankle supports, I use them if I'm having issues with my feet. I've used them on their own and with socks & trainers and can tell the difference than completely bare foot.0

My daughter and I are both wearing cross-trainers. They work out well for helping to cushion and support on landings for all the jumps and power moves. It's imperative for us with rheumatoid arthritis to have the right footwear for anything we exude a lot of potential impact to our joints. Hope that helps! In the meantime, ice is a great anti-inflammatory and a smart move on your part0

Thank you for the tips guys! I couldn't afford to buy anything new, but I had a DUH moment when I realized I should try it with my vibram fivefingers. They are PERFECT for it!0

Hm, how goes it with the Vibrams? I have a pair and didn't even think about using them for the workouts!0
