When I am stressed, I either eat everything in sight, or eat hardly anything. I am trying to be honest with my diary here, but people can be soo judgmental. Thinking I am going to make my diary locked.

I am soo ready for school to start! This boy is driving my nuts. Constantly wants to be next to me, touching me, putting his head on my lap. He is so clingy lately! And he gets sad when I tell him I need a break. I told my daughter that I was gonna be in a crappy mood for the next few weeks, and that is why,.so she just needs to expect it. Omg, I just needed to vent, so thanks.

Stress sucks in that you wanna eat everything! The good part of MFP, you can see that trend which is the first step to changing that behavior. Maybe take a walk, or relax in someway so you still get the 'feel good feelings' of eating but not the weight gain.

And there is no problem with telling your kids your going to be a bit grumpy, it prepares them and as long as your trying to be as little grumpy as you can, they learn that other have feelings too.

Here's big hugs to you!! Hang in there, we've all here for you!
