massage hoop?

I bought a hula hoop that is also supposed to give you a massage while you use it (it has bumps along the inside). But I'm finding that mostly it just hurts. Has anyone used a hoop like that before? Should I give it a chance and get used to it, or should I just consider this a failed experiment and buy a different hoop?

I, personally am not a fan of those hoops. I tried it once and it was uncomfortable ! I would just purchases an adult hoop and enjoy the benefits of hooping !0
