Ugh, I completely fell off the wagon. I don't know what to do. My days are so busy, with kids, cleaning, studying, and working part time. I tried exercising after work, but I'm just too exhausted (I'm a server so I spend my time on my feet, running my butt off). I feel like a failure, I'm up around 4lbs, but I'm not going to do my official weigh in until this weekend as usual. Some of that is probably I just finished TOM.

I just got an old treadmill and bike from my Grandparents. I just need to get the basement cleared out and get them into place. Granted, the equipment is old, but better than nothing, right.

Today's weigh-in 147.5 lbs, so that's a 0.5 lb loss. Small, but definitely better than nothing.

I would definitely say that I am struggling with my motivation & execution... was exhausted all week, which means I tend to snack & crave the less-healthy options. To get thru it, I just have to tell myself "keep going" and "it's worth it"... plus the occasional "run faster"

However, I've been doing a good job with my exercising (run 3-4x week plus Barre strength-training class 2x week). But, food has always been my demon to battle!

I will also say that the Barre class hasn't been the greatest for my ego... so many skinny women that seem stronger & tougher than me... hoping that I will continue to improve so that I don't feel like the "fat girl" in the bunch. My only consolation is that I can probably kick their butts in a running race.

Went up a couple lbs. due to TOM and having a few drinks with family and friends after a long week of funeral homes and grieving. But, I went back down to 137 this morning. Whoo-Hoo! So no change is a good thing for me.

Went up about .4 lbs, but I expect that to be gone by tomorrow--funeral+food+alcohol+out of town and only running once=slight gain. Back at it hard core, though!!

Hey I was down to 144.4 last Thursday! Sorry I'm posting late. We had a little mini-vacation so we'll see what my weight is this week :\ lol.

I'm at the point where I'm doing really well about not caring about the scale. I do hope that in a few months, I'll be able to see changes from all of my hard work whether I'm still in the 140s or not

Not a problem ! :) I'm gonna go ahead and check in today--I weighed in at 161.8 this morning... which if I go by last week's weight, that's a 4 pound loss... add to that the weight I gained while attending a funeral... wow!! I don't know how it's happening but I'm happy about it!! :)

Fine with me, sweetie. Although, we are going on vacation for 4 days and I will probably gain. I'm not really worried about it. I deserve a break. And I will be getting lots of exercise running along the beach every morning with my hubby.
