I have been craving dense foods lately and want to make some finger-licking-good seitan. I have tried a few recipes but can never get it to taste as good or have the texture of what I get in restaurants.
Anyone have a great seitan recipe that you want to share?

    The homemade seitan recipe on theppk.com is absolutely delicious - just remember to simmer, not boil it! I use it for everything, from stews to sub sandwiches!

    I will give the PPK recipe a try - thanks! And I will make sure and simmer, simmer, simmer - not boil.
