Starting Strong

Hello All...Im new to group...i starting MFP a while back...did well for a while...fell of truck...gained weight back...now i am more focused then ever just want some help this time to keep me going!!! so far been going strong for a week...lost almost 4lbs...now just have 100+ to go!!! HELP!!!!!

    Welcome! Its tough to loose weight but with the right tools such as eating healthy and exercising it is achievable. Make a habit everyday to track your food and get some type of activity in and before you know it the weight is falling off. I lost 50lbs after having my son and it wasn't easy, but all the hard work it totally worth it. You can do it!!!
