Hey All,
So apparantly across the CF nation there was an event this past Saturday call the 31 Heroes Workout to Remember.
It was a 31 minute AMRAP of 8 thrusters, 6 rope climbs, and 11 box jumps. This is a partner WOD--while one person is doing the workout the other is doing a 400m run w/ a 40lb or 20lb sandbag. Once they return the partners switch off. We modified the rope climbs for towel pullups (15 per 1 rope climb) some of the time. I think I got about 6 (total) rope climbs in but never actually got to do any box jumps...Needless to say my upperbody was hurting quite a bit. Total rounds completed was 4 and 8 thrusters.
All in all was a fun workout! Anyone else do this?

Saw the WOD, but I don't go to a box. Sounds like it was a lot of "fun" as a team WOD.0
