I have been trying harder to eat clean, but find when it comes to snacking, I still want my processed food! I'm doing so much better overall that I don't beat myself up over it...yet. (one day at a time!) Here's one of my go to snacks when I want something sweet.

Any favorite type of low cal yogurt - I like Kroger brand carbmaster white chocolate raspberry
few big TBS fat free whipped cream
few TBS graham cracker crumbs

I love mixing this altogether in a solo cup and eating it when I'm running errands in the car...it feels like I'm having some kind of Sonic treat! Keeps me from feeling frustrated/deprived while I drive by Starbucks, Sonic, McDonalds, etc.

    I am so trying to eat clean and raw too........

    Today i had the best lunch:

    Ezekeil low sodium sprouted grain bread with:
    avacado
    home grown alfalfa sprouts
    hormel all nature honey turkey
    baby bella mushroom
    home made herb vinegar.
    Served with:
    Kalamata olive
    and
    homegrown cherry tomatoes wrapped in a basil leaf with a dab a brie cheese.

    It was heaven!!
