Mountain Climbers! I did a video yesterday and we had to do some...sigh these I love/hate...not sure why though!

So if you have a clock handy do 3 sets for 30seconds non-stop. If you don't then do 30-50 count...3 sets. Either add to your routine (do more or less depending) or make it the cardio portion of your day..you can add additional set!!

    Oooh a tough one. Okay I am down too. Hopefully not so far down that I cannot get up again. I know I can do 2 sets at 20 seconds so 3 sets at 30 seconds will definitely be a challenge.

    When I first started doing these, I hated them! Over time I realized that it was just because it was difficult for me to maintain balance. Now I don't mind them so much. I'm in!

    i really struggled with these for a long time. i would do them for about 10 seconds and quit. now i count every time i pick my foot up, and refuse to stop until i hit 80 (i started my minimum at 40 and worked my way up).
