I'm still hopeful that I can make my goal. I gained some this week, but I believe that is due to my sodium levels and starting back exercising after being lazy for the past 2/3 weeks. Hoepfully the scale will start moving again soon!0 -

I'm finally sticking to my diet and the weight is pouring off! I used to think I had a hard time losing weight, but I think I just have a hard time restricting food. It has become much easier now that my life circumstances are changing. No more stressful job = no more stress eating. I'm in a really good place emotionally, so I'm not emotionally eating anymore and that has been a huge help.
I'm continuing with fresh fruit, fresh veg, and lean protein because it works.0 -
