Recently I've been reading about the amount of calories you should eat verses how active you are and I've come to the realization that I'm not eating enough calories! My fitness Pal suggests that I eat 1200 calories a day because I have a sedentary job but unfortunately it didn't take into consideration how much I'm working out a week. Even though there is a question about your weekly exercise schedule the Myfitnesspal calculator doesn't adjust it accordingly. If you are reading this consider taking a second and copy and then follow this link http://www.fitwatch.com/qkcalc/weight-loss-calculator.php input your info into the "Weight Loss Target & Goal Date Calculator" to make sure you are eating enough calories a day! It's important to keep your body fueled when your regularly exercising otherwise you can have a hard time losing that weight you're trying so hard to get off! Here are my results:

To stay at the same weight, you would need approximately 2356calories a day.
To lose weight, choose an option from the table below.

Weight Loss Table Option # Calories Per Day Target Date for 30 lbs weight loss

#1 1856 calories March 5, 2013
#2 2003 calories May 31, 2013
#3 1885 calories March 17, 2013
#4 1767 calories February 1, 2013
#5 1650 calories January 2, 2013

What do you guys think, are you sure you're eating enough to stay fueled?
