I'm new to the groups on MFP...I am in the N. Dallas area and a member of LA Fitness on Preston/635...I would LOVE to meet some one in the area to workout with or just get support from...the journey is much easier when you have friends...:smile:

I would like to lose 30-40 lbs before the end of the year....
