Logging Power 90 exercises..please help

There are different options to log for Sweat 1-2 and Sculpt 1-2 and all of them have dramatic differences of "calories burned" for the same amount of time.. Which one is right?
Some say for 40 min around 180 is burned where others say 300 and even 500.. I'm confused

I ended up just creating exercises in the database (such as "Sculpt 1-2, Power 90") and entered info from my HRM.0

I'm not using a HRM but I guess i'm I'm going to have to start too0

Yes purchasing a HRM is a great idea. Make sure to get a pretty decent one. I have a Polar it seems to be pretty accurate.0
