Week 10: 169 - stayed the same
Stayed static this week - have felt a bit sluggish and under the weather a bit so not been moving much. Will keep on plowing on though . Have a good one ladies!0 -
Well, this morning I hopped on the scale not knowing what I was going to see. Somehow I screwed up my BMR, TDEE & CUT VALUE numbers and ended up eating more calories per day since the beginning of August. I was eating at 1803 per day instead of the 1682 per day.
The scale this morning said...159.6 ...so a gain of .1. I am hoping that next weeks weigh in shows a nice loss since I will be eating at the correct amount !!

Week 2 6/21: 163.1 (-1.5 lb.)
Week 3 6/28: 163.5 (+.4 lb. ~ AF)

Well Ladies, Im up 3.5 lbs since we started this, I have told myself to stop it, but Im back to my old ways. I started MFP at 236 so Im still down 14 lbs, but at one point I was down 20. Feeling discouraged, but Im not a quitter.. Have to shrug it off and start eating better and moving more. How is everyone else doing??

Well, at this point I am just owning this gain and moving on. I know I am still heavily retaining water, but I'm driving myself crazy. SO there it is, and I have a couple days before next weigh in to get rid of it! Wish me luck!
