AHHHH I'm behind a day

Anyone ever missed a day of the workout?!

I've been getting home late and don't want to do them bc then I won't be able to sleep. I would like to double up on workouts to catch up...but I'm not sure if that's TOO much. Any advice?

    Can you do it in the morning? I know I couldn't do two in one day, but maybe it's just me.

    I probably can, but I didn't this morning. Didn't think of this, but I can do my makeup on Sunday (my off day)

    Ahhh this is what I'm SO nervous about! I'm starting Insanity on Monday and when I did P90X I would miss days here and there and it would make me so anxious. I need a game plan for when this happens. I know I'm NO help here. lol. I hope someone has a good idea here though.

    When I was behind, I did one work out in the morning and another at night just to catch up. I didnt skip my rest day only because I looked forward to those days :-)

    Either I would do one in the morning and one in the evening or I would use my rest day to make it up. It really depends on your comfort level.
