Special announcement for those of you who have joined the HBC group! While most things will be announced in either a blog or on a posting to all we will from time to time provide the information to our group members first. We are working on recognizing those of you who prefer weightlifting over cardio and don't feel like your efforts are duly noted here. We agree and are in the process of rectifying the problem.
