My thoughts on this is take a picture of yourself now and scrap a page about it. Also you can scrap your challenges and successes. Maybe for me since drinking water is an issue I will take a pic of a glass of water and scrap about it, or you could take a pic your tennis shoes or exercise equipment. This is your story of your journey.

I did this during my weight loss journey. I tried to get a new picture every month and scrapped a page with my success or challenge or whatever happened that month (yep, even scrapped when I went through my period of regaining some of the weight!). I used a little 8x8 album and it's pretty full now!
Since I didn't see my weight loss when I looked in the mirror, pictures became very important to me. Now I can definitely see the changes and it's great way to remind me of how far I've come.
And, I have to admit, I love showing off my progress album! I use it when I talk at Weight Watcher meetings because people often don't believe that I used to be obese, and I really do understand what they are going through.
So, yes, definitely make a progress book. You won't regret it! :flowerforyou:0 -
I'm in! I had wanted to do one a long time ago, but kind of forgot about it. I did "re take" my "before pictures" 3 weeks ago when I re-committed myself to my weight loss journey again
