Using extra calories from exerise

What do most of you do about the calories burned by exercise? Do you add the additional calories to your daily total of usable calories? I thought you were not supposed to go below 1200 calories on low carb days and if a person exercised very much it would put you at a much lower usuable calorie level.

    I don't use them, but I'm much older than you. If I ate my exercise calories I wouldn't lose. I think you have to figure out what works best for you.

    I don;t use them either. I have a hard enough time making the 1200 and I don't ever make it to 1500 so I don't include them.

    I usually just judge by how I feel and about how much exercise I've done. I find MFP tends to over estimate the calories burned so usually only try to eat 1/4-1/2 of what the numbers are, but only if I'm hungry. Usually Low Carb days I will eat some exercise calories back, high carb I will try to just maybe have a bit of protein after exercising.
