Todays workouts where:
Ripped in 30 Week 1 & 6 Week Six Pack Level 1

Since I'm leaving work early I would also like to get in Yoga Meltdown Level 1 too.:drinker:

    Last night I did get in Yoga Meltdown Level 1, and this morning was 30 Day Shred Level 1. That is it for today!

    Saturday was Level 1 of 30 Day Shred.

    This morning was Level 2 of 30 Day Shred, and a kettlebell workout. Hope to get something done after work.

    Sunday: Off
    Monday: Off
    Tuesday: Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism
    Wednesday: Yoga Meltdown Level 2
