Thought this was interesting. I ended up printing it out as kind of a checklist to what I want to work towards.

    right where I should be at advanced beginner (5 months of crossfit so far).....except in rowing, there I'm Advanced :happy:

    Whoop Whoop! Looks like hubby is going to buy me 3 month membership to Crossfit! I will complete my intro 5 week course this wek and am AMPED to get stuck in (Ok and alos a little scared) ....

    As I expected I am Advanced beginner for anything gymnastic, I am Intermediate for running, rowing, DU etc and I am advanced for lifting. I have heaps of push and I am fit :).... but I have no pull and I weigh too much :(
