Saw Palmetto??

Anybody take Saw Palmetto for their PCOS? It's supposed to help with the hair growth on body and thinning hair on the head. Also says it could help with acne. Apparently it can also possibly cause breast enlargement.

Here are some links. You can also google it if you're interested in reading more. I've been reading a lot about it lately. I have started taking Vitex and thinking of taking this, too. The one website says the Vitex and Saw Palmetto work really well together to reduce PCOS symptoms so I think it's worth a shot.

** They do say you're not supposed to take this if your taking other medications for PCOS and it could interfere with birth control pills.

I take Saw Palmetto..mostly to help for the acne, it's working well so far
