P90X Doubles, Day 5, vegan style

Hi everyone, just wanted to introduce myself to the group. I'm on day 5 of P90X, and have been adding cardio on month two schedule. (I just finished Insanity and I want to keep my cardio up!)

I'm 27, 5'4, 140lbs, don't really have a target weight, but am working towards goals of unassisted pull ups and at least a visible four pack;)

I'd like to connect and exchange tips with any and all, but especially interested in seeing if there are any other vegans in this group to swap tips with. I can't figure out how to stay within my micronutrient ratios for phase one without double doses of protein powders daily, which seems excessive.

I'm also generally curious on members' thoughts/analyses/critiques of P90X nutrition program. Also wondering how detrimental it would be to do both doubles workouts on same day...
