Fit Test Number 2

I'm a little a head of everyone, I just finished my seconded fit test and I increased in every round, so today's results are:
Switch Kicks (1rep=both) 60 (+10)
Power Jacks 45 (+5)
Power Knees 75 (+5)
Power Jumps 41 (+11)
Globe Jumps (1rep=4jumps) 11 (+2)
Suicide Jumps 14 (+2)
Push Up Jacks 18 (+2)
Low Plank Oblique (1rep=both) 26 (+5)
I'm pleased with the results especially the 11 increase for the power jumps, I have no idea how the heck I'm meant to fit in more globe jumps the two on there do 11 also, but I'm sure try my hardest come next test.

I definitely felt the improvement. I remember thinking during the first fit test that it was super hard and "what am I getting myself into?". Now that I'm a couple of weeks in, it felt more like a personal challenge to beat that old number. However, power jumps still suck big time.0 -
Ahhh I feel so good! I was so worried about this because I've been modifying things to suit me. But here are my fit test #1 to 2 results

Well, I'm pretty outta shape but heck, I'm improving. Though, I gotta say, the standing-laying-standing moves kill me. I'm just not fast enough yet. This darn gut. Slowly leaving... Oh, so slowly...

I just finished up Pure Cardio and Abs so tomorrow is my day off then its time for the Fit Test. I'll let you guys know my results then! :-)0

LOL Right? My husband uses our gardening knee pad thingy. Doesn't work for me so I just put up with the burns.0 -
My Fit Test 2 results!!!
Switch: 40 to 47
Jacks: 30 to 40
Knees: 55 to 75
Globe: 6 to 10
Suicides: 10 to 12
Push-up: 10 to 15
Low Plank: 11 to 16
I'm pretty pleased. I did notice that the first time I did the warm-up, afterwords I was WIPED out! This time, I didn't even break a sweat! I did notice that my form was better but there are a few that I think as I get to the next one the numbers may get lower because I will get a LOT better at my form. My form is pretty good, but its not perfect and that's my goal!
