G'morn Fam:

We hope you are all enjoying a beautiful Sunday wherever you are in the world! We have big things going on in the HBC and TPCC! First let's check in on the HBC:

Our current HBC top ten as of 8/11/12:

Gomba 14971
Cal Jur 14648
BigCed7702414059
Cjfitnessme 12745
Onemeanman 11158
Cbeutler 10620
Donnacoach 10579
Prudencey 9687
Airlily 9408
Hustlaballa 9292

If there is a theme to the current top ten its participation in the TPCC! We suspect this will be a recurrent theme the next 3 weeks. Eight of the top ten are in the TPCC and the Hall of Fame records are being re-written nearly daily. HB will be busy keep track of the record book!!! While some names are familiar among the top ten look at all the new names. That could be you with continued hard work and dedication in the HBC. Its not a fluke.

Moving onto the TPCC. Here are the team scores after day 1. The team score represents the combined total burn. The numbers are absolutely amazing and also show a startling trend:

#1 Cjfitnessme/ AddictedtoAerosmith 3908 #8 Prudencey/ Deedog007 6412
#2 Efokken/ BigCed77024 3104 #7 Chef2Cute/ Donnacoach 8635
#3 Rbear713/ Cbeutler 6771 #6 Gomba/ KissyBiz 8781
#4 Tudomincano/ Kjones33 3051 #5 Onemeanman/ Airlily 8118

The lower seeded team beat the higher seeded team 4 out of 4 in day one. Please recall at the beginning, we indicated the teams were pretty close top to bottom despite the rankings. Its only 1 day so every team is still very much alive and there still looms the all important and strategic rest day (which must be on the same day by both team members). To think that many of the TPCC participants had never broken 2,000 calorie burns much less the 3,000 and above calorie burns we witnessed on day 1. A tip to the participants. While it is of course fun to watch what everyone is doing, don't get too concerned if your burn is less than someone else from another match. You only need to beat the team you are facing to advance. Stay inspired. Stay motivated. Stay focused. Stay healthy. Stay injury-free.

Remember to enter your individual burns in the HBC and your collective burn in the TPCC preferably no later than midnight your local time.

Fitastically yours,

Hustlaballa & Cal Jur
