What kind of workout or exercise are you doing and how do you like it??

I follow the toneitup girls on youtube and do most of the workouts!!(: i enjoy them ALOT! and find results suitable for me!(:

I am currently about halfway through a 60 day Turbofire/ P90x hybrid, which I love! I tolerate the turbofire workouts (I really dislike cardio) because they are often HIIT workouts and therefore shorter! But I have found that I really like lifting weights with P90x. I feel so strong after those workouts. In general I like DVDs, especially the beachbody ones0

I just realized I never responded to my own post lol. I'm currently finishing up my last 2 days of TurboJam. I usually throw in a TurboFire HIIT once or twice a week for good measure lol. Next Monday I'll start TurboFire full time. I'm very excited about starting it. I, too, love the weights. TJ has a couple of good toning videos that I've been using regularly and LOVE!0
