I live and work in Oswestry Shropshire Is there anyone, out there that needs a diet buddy,? someone local, that can help each other out, when things get tough.

    Hi :) I'm in Telford :) a diet buddy would be great, motivation is so difficult to keep up on your own.

    Its definitely helping, probably the only thing I have found that works. The wide range of advice, support and tools are great, especially because they cost nothing :) Every time I give up Ill get an email notification saying someone has posted on my profile and it gives me the oompf I need to get back on the waggon so to speak.
    Hope you both find the same support and motifvation I have from this site :)
