Solivita is a wonderful 55+ community in Central Florida, complete with multiple pools, jogging paths, tennis courts, fitness centers, etc. etc. Yet here I am, still overweight and less than ideally fit! For many years, I've tried the latest diet pill or diet that promised instant success and all I have gotten is a yo-yo weight.
So, today I am ready to finally make the changes in lifestyle and eating that will support a healthier me.
I don't know about you, but I do know that to make these changes, I can use all the support I can get. This is where this group comes in. If you are a senior and deciding that today is a good day to finally start on the road to getting healthy enough to enjoy these senior years, share your successes (and struggles).
