Where do we go after we have our babies?
I am just wondering....is there a mommas group? I am back on MFP now that we are almost at 6 weeks post partum, and think I need some support going on! I almost feel defeated after my first week logging/really working out again, I was UP one pound on weigh in day. I am going to think it is either water retention or that I had extra milk since Madelyn slept through most of the night...and will try again tomorrow...
but how frustrating! I was super good with staying in my cal range and working out!
