Hello, everyone!
I had my baby girl on July 6th, and am have been back on MFP since last week. I was religious about my workouts and counting calories/logging food until week 32 of my pregnancy when I started having a ton of BHicks and some slight blood pressure issues...
All in all I gained 37 lbs, and still have 13 to go. I am eating healthfully, breastfeeding, walking, swimming, and using my elliptical trainer. I guess I am feeling a little defeated since I was so good about logging and working out last week only to have gained a pound my first week back! I am hoping it was water retention since I didn't do too hot hydrating yesterday. I look forward to getting fit with all of you!
