Game plan: Logging food and choosing correctly for food choices (Fiber/protein balance); Walk at least 3x week for 30 minutes or more; Zumba or other calorie burning aerobics 1-2 x week; and light strength training for toning as I lose. Have my 3 daughters helping for support and back-up.
This is a great group idea...looking forward to giving and receiving encouragement.
