HELLO!!! My name is Amanda and I started MFP a couple weeks ago. When I started my weight loss journey, I weighed in at 250 pounds... I am 5'11". I have been at this for about 2 months now and I now weigh 232. I have not done any exercise programs yet, but plan on starting my TurboFire soon. I am having alot of trouble trying to get motivated to exercise, so any motivation anyone might have would be great and much appreciated. Any new friends who are going to give encouragement and up lifting support are much encouraged. Thank you all!!!

    Perhaps you could sign up for something that requires training like an obstacle course or a 5k if you like to run. I found my best motivation for circut training when I signed up for Warrior Dash in last June. I am 6ft and started here at 270. I competed in the Warrior Dash at 240.
