    Weight as of 6.30am today 141.46 lbs (64.3 kilos) no change from last week. Keep going everyone....

    7/1: 155.4 <--- Whooo hoo!!! Down 2.8 pounds since last week! (Also down 2.8 pounds since we started.)
    8/3: 155.4 One month, no progress???
    8/14: 154.4 < Down 1 pound since last week. 3.8 since we started the challenge.

    I was really disappointed when I weighed in. I was at 155.4 for a month, and when I saw 15x.4, I went nuts, until I saw that the third number was smaller!

    am back to 202 :(. when i travel, even if i try and exercise enough, it is so difficult to figure out what to eat especially if it involves eating with clients and catching up with friends
