Boredom with SLs.

Hi All,
So I have been pretty bored with the same regimen time after time.. Do you have any variations or things you do to change up the workout more? I haven't been motivated to lift because I have been so bored with the same movements all the time.

try visiting some body building websites for more ideas, check out wetwolf training. I've been wt trainng for nearly 30 yrs so I know what you mean about boredom. Some people don't get bored with the same exercises, I do (don't know if that's a good or bad thing)0

If it's challenging enough I won't get bored. But I rarely get bored of something I enjoy doing. A friend of mine quit on SL, her reason was the same "I got bored of it", she's doing a split routine now and seems to en joy it much more.
Maybe you can look up a few split routines on bodybuilding.com and see what you like and give it a shot?0 -
I haven't gotten bored yet because while yes, it's the same workouts, it's increasing weight amounts, so it's tougher each time. SL doesn't sound like the right program for you if you need more variety.0

Nope, didn't bore me. I switched to an intermediate program because I found it exhausting, but not boring.
Sounds like NROLFW would be a better fit for you.0
