I know it's early, but for those early birds and people in a different time zone, here it is!

You know the drill!

CSW: Challenge Start Weight
LWW: Last week's weight
CW: Current Weight
LO: Loss of (this week)
TLO: Total loss of (during challenge)
LTG: pound left to reach challenge goal

I will post mine tomorrow morning when I weigh-in.

Good luck everyone!

Wow! This week was a great week! Technically I could loose 0.1 a week and still meet my challenge goal of 175.

I DID IT!!!! I set a goal to lose 20-25lbs during the challenge. Well I finally reached the lower end of that goal. I'm hoping to push for even more before September 1st. But this feels absolutely amazing. Thank you all for being on this journey with me & sharing your successes. This has been a challenging yet extremely rewarding experience for me. Wish nothing but the best of luck to you all during the rest of this challenge, as well as the rest of your lives :)

I haven't lost any this week, I have changed my exercise plan from cardio evenings to strength training so that would explain it (I think).
