Teachers, will you cut back on water

I've been drinking more water and obviously making more trips to the restroom. I'm going back to work next week and I teach young children, so I can't just leave the room whenever I want. We have to get someone else in to watch the kids, which is fine once or twice, but not every 45 minutes! So, I'm thinking I might have to drink all of my water towards the end of my shifts/evening. Anyone relate to this?

Definitely! I do have an instructional aide in my room this year who is certified so I can run out if I need to, but I will probably drink more in the afternoon / evening.

I find I actually drink more water when at work.. so I think if you pace yourself you should be good. :) A healthy bladder makes for healthy kidneys. :)
