Hi girls I was just wondering if anybody has any advice on supplements that can help any of the symptoms of pcos. I have tried sea kelp and did not find any benefits, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

2g magnesium, calcium, vitamin d plus 2g vitamin c stirred into glass of unsweetened oj plus a zinc capsule (for hormone balance/PCOS) I had results in 6 days.
For insulin resistance, manage (not eliminate) carbs and coq10 enzyme.
Restrict exercise to 35-45min to avoid cortisol overproduction.
I also take superfoods and supergreens to alkalinise because the body's systems work better in alkaline state and cancer thrives in acid state. Weight loss is easier in an alkaline state and why make it any harder?
Very good results in short time on that regime.
Best wishes. Xx0 -

@Nicmania10.
By day 2: no more hot flash.
By day 6: TOM after no TOM for 2 years. Menopause gone. (scaled dosage back from 4g to 2g)
By day 7: actually able to lose weight when dieting (1kg for the week).
By week 3: another TOM (making up for lost time) plus some breakthrough bleeding as hormones adjusted.
By week 4: PCOS unsymptomatic. Changes to hair noticeable.
By week 5: some dark speckles that I never realized were hormone related (as they werent a 'patch') started fading.
By week 6: another TOM this time 'very normal' and only an hour warning (no cramps, no ovopain, no soreness or bloating).
By week 7: OTHER people noticed and thought I had 'done something different' with my hair.
By week 8: arm hair not getting replaced with much when it falls out.
By week 9: noticed my hair (on head) getting thicker again. Speckles so faded now, only a tiny faint few left and can only see them because I know they are there.
Note: I switched my hair care products to all natural NO chemical shampoo and conditioner a couple of years ago, when i found out what was in commercial shampoo and conditioners (toxic chemicals and hormone disrupters) and so I had already regrown a heap of hair back from that.
