Hi Girls!

What are your average workouts for the week? I (try) to do 2-3 days of running at least 3 miles plus 3 days of Jillian Michaels.:smile:

    I usually just do the elliptical, and maybe one day of P90X cardio X. I need to incorporate more muscle-building exercises into my workouts. That will be my goal for this week!

    I've just started out - went for a 15 minute jog and almost keeled over... Glad I'm starting now. I'm aiming to start out gently with three 20 minute cardios a week - following the 6 month 'shape up' in the 'Knot'. Hope it works!
