3 weeks PP today.. and big news!

Today my baby girl is 3 weeks old. Having her was my second c/s. last nov i was 238.. being super sick during my pregnancy i lost 20 pounds and then maintained that.. the day before she was born i weight 217.. yesterday morning i was 201.0 
I am 5'1 and 201.. its been almost 7 years since i have been UNDER 200 pounds! My goal weight is 140 so im excited to say i only have 60 more to go. The last 2 weeks i have been clean eating and 3 nights ago started walking. Im planning to walk for the next month, then add in some jogging to get myself worked up so i can eventually run again IM planning on getting rid of a good chunck of my weight with carido, then will add in the strength and toning. has anyone else been in the same sit. as i am? how did it go for you?

Yay for you!!
With my first I went from 160 to 212. The 52 pounds was from all the crap I was eating in my 3rd trimester. I'd eat cake every night and lots of it. Anything I craved, I threw caution to the wind and did it. So, after giving birth and several weeks later, those craving started to go away. It took several months, but I had lost all but 10 pounds after six months.
I'm pregnant now and told myself I wouldn't gain more than 30 lbs, but we'll see.

Just wanted to say congratulations on the baby AND the weight success jumpstart, sounds like you have a GREAT plan to get yourself moving where you want to be!! Have you thought about the Couch-to-5k program? I hear it's wonderful, and am looking forward to trying that post-pregnancy myself.0
