I have the book and I recently bought the audiobook. Was losing a lot of weight when I was on the program and I want to go back on it.

    Just noticed this and two other Nutritarian groups here. I've been on ETL since mid-July and still going strong. I'm VERY pleased with my progress and very happy to see a fellow "Fuhrmanites" on this site. I haven't browsed the discussions yet. Just wanted to introduce myself and say how happy I am to be eating this way.

    You're not alone. Lots of us belong to Dr. Fuhrman's site but this is a good support group, too. Are you back on the plan?

    There are at least two other groups dedicated to the Nutritarian lifestyle: (1) Eating To Live and (2) Nutritarians! Eat to Live! -- all with good support and advice for the rest of us. Have you checked them out yet?
