Need to share out loud...sprouted bread..

Hi my friends,

I hv been adopted a low card for life since May. It has been great as far as cravings, but my body needs more than the Atkins plan or my mind I should say. I may even be leaning toward the confusing array of paleo plans.

Anywho, I am adding some complex carbs slowly into my diet. First brown rice, only 1/3 cup, and berries 1/2c. Today I hv added a half a slice of sprouted organic bread.

The bread was so damn yummy! I wanted a whole slice! But I remembered my net carb intake and let the numbers determine the serving size, cause I sure can't trust my mouth. So that was a success, yeah!

However, I am getting sincerely more hungry and want food...the increase in carbs are activating my appetite, which I hv lost since the low carb lifestyle. So now, I must stay very aware as I make these chgs in my diet...the best part is I am having an increase in my energy. This is what makes me feel this is all a good thing!
