Week 6 - Day 2 (Aug. 15)

Hey!

So today I had extra energy and did lots
it was: 10/10/13/13/10/10/9/25
and I did: 10/10/13/13/10/10/9/45 YEAH!!!

the reason I had more energy is cause I broke my foot... meaning that I can't go to swimming classes, can't run, can't do kick boxing, and cant do all the moves that I use to do on my gym time....
I hate no being able to workout like I usualy do...is like I have all this energy and no where to put it!

last week I was sick and now my foot broke.. this is not a good month for me ... lets hope it will all go away and soon I will back on track again!

so how are your week going??

    Hi all, I did my Week 6 day 2 workout from yesterday today during my lunch break.
    It was: 14/14/15/15/14/14/10/10/44!

    150 today! Woot! :bigsmile:
    Hoping I can keep up with the BF once he gets back to town and we go rock climbing. :tongue:

    Good evening, everyone. Sorry I'm late. Recovering from the family outing on Monday to the amusement park, getting ready for a massive yard sale on Saturday, and a reunion party with my old friends this evening. I'm bushed.

    Brunagota: I'm so sorry to hear about your foot. What happened? I hope it gets well soon. Sounds like you made good use of your extra energy, though -- 20 above max?!?! That's fantastic!

    Kreuzen: You are almost at the end! 150 … wow! When does the BF return?

    Me: I'm using the iPhone app. Last week I screwed up, and skipped Friday. I did the exhaustion test on Saturday, and thought I would just start with Week 5 Day 1 on Monday. However, I forgot to tell the iPhone! So my last session was Week 4, Day 3. Today I did Week 5, day 1. I was supposed to do 17/19/15/15 + 20. I was able to do that, and did five more at the end for a max of 25! Total 91!!!

    Tomorrow my goal is 100+ … but I get to do them in eight sets instead of five … It looks like it will be easier … we'll see! (If I can't do it tomorrow, I WILL do it Saturday. I'm going to try for two days, back-to-back. Hope I don't regret that.)

    We might be a small group, but we are a good, strong, dedicated group.
