today i am super excited.. dont know why, but i feel i can do everything.. i love these days...

so my nocturnal pets are sugar gliders, i have male and female.. i treat them like my kids, they play a lot, they love when you give them attention. they have a big cage, and a lot i mean a lot of toys.. i buy toddler toys for them, since all the cat stuff is not very good.. they are marsupials, so female has a pouch just like kangaroo and in future babies will be in there too..

so today../ hmmm.. exercise and exercise.. haha.. the usual stuff, 30D, today is day 15.. yay for that. and some gym time with elliptical an weights..

note to me: dont finish your work late, and dont have dinner late!! :)

    Gugar gliders? They are the cutest thing ever and I've never heard of them! Love the photos!

    I appear to have lost 3 lbs in 3 days. I didnt believe it at first so weighed myself 3 times and it appears to be true! It has given me real motivation to have a good day so am going to run home from work - its about 5 miles and the first mile is a really steep hill but will walk that as a warm-up. I will also have to walk my dog at some time this afternoon. Have to hope for dry weather tomorrow morning so I can walk into work rather than catch the bus. Have a good day!

    This group is giving off good karma, I swear! I too am feeling great today. Happy to report a one lb loss and an entrance to the 160s! Thrilled beyond measure.

    Glad to hear everyone is having a great feeling about today! I got up today & took my walk/bike ride (with pleasure- motivated) and had a quick breakfast already. Hoping to check the scale tomorrow morning.

    Those things are weird but adorable!! Never seen such a thing! Makes me miss my ferrets!

    Yesterday I did 2 good cardio workouts! I did Insanity in the morning and I ran for 50 min in the evening. I woke up this morning feeling like I should be in a full body cast! I did not want to do my workout today but THANK GOODNESS it was cardio recovery!! Lots of stretching/yoga stuff and I feel tons better now! No work out tonight. I need a break! My scale did say I lost 2 pounds since yesterday... I don't know if that is accurate though so I won't track anything until weigh in day. I haven't decided what day to officially weigh in yet. I might do Saturday morning.

    Alice! That's so exciting isn't it? I got (back) to the 160's last week and was stoked! Can't wait to see the 150's again!

    Those Sugar Babies are the cutest little things. My family consists of two dogs and a cat. I have no kids and I am 37.

    Day 3 - Yes I am feeling very good too! I did day 3 of the 30 day shred. Originally my plan was to do C25K but I am really enjoying 30 day shred but I am pretty sore. My legs don't hurt as bad today so maybe tonight I can get in another day of of it. 30 Day shred is super hard but it is a short twenty minutes and makes me sweat like crazy.

    I weighed in this morning and I am down to 238 again not the stupid 240 that the scale was telling me yesterday morning. I knew it was not true.

    Official Weigh in day - So the rules on this board say we are to check in on Sunday. Then on Fridays I have my biggest loser weigh in at work. My weigh in day used to be Wednesday. So I am confused as well as what I shold use as my MFP weigh in day. Take the lowest number from the three days? That's cheating isn't it?

    Alice - I am so with you - this group is giving me good karma too! and congrats on the loss.

    I read my affirmation everyday. Its so motivational. I can feel my progress, I swear it. Instead of thinking its just another day and oh, what shall I do today, I read my affirmation and figure out what to do today and tomorrow to get there! I'm not a morning person yet two days in a row I've been up at 5am walking and LOVING IT. Down another .4 today!!

    Good Morning Group!

    I'm focused on my Affirmation and I see myself weighing 125 pounds. This group is just what I need!

    I went to the gym this morning and ran 25 minutes & did a yoga class. I feel refreshed!

    Down another pound today: CW 128.8
    3.8 pounds to get to my 4 week goal.

    Run and workout is going to be delayed again today because hubby has an appointment. Going to get in my clothes and be ready to head out when he gets back. Only a 40 minute tempo today, so about 5-5.5 miles. The race is getting so close. There's been some stress this week with work and personal, but I'm not doing too bad. Finally just got myself to eat a cinnamon roll for breakfast (don't worry I never have icing). Still am working hard to NOT weigh myself until the Monday morning weigh in.

    Well, off to handle some work stuff before I make time for myself.

    *Sidenote: When the new day is posted can we put the day of the week? Yes, I'm totally off track that way, plus by the time I get up most of you are done with your days. :)

    I love this group, too! Thanks for the pet pics! Cute, cute, cute!

    I'm doing well today, too. I have had a lot of temptations (including ice cream, because I just had dental work done today), but have kept them at bay. I looked up how much calories and fat are in ice cream, and I decided that I really didn't want ice cream.

    Can't wait 'til the weigh-in on Sunday! Positive results should be on the way! Keep up the great work, everyone!
