    I weighed in at 172 this morning. My goal weight is 140. I will reassess at 145 though.

    This morning my weight was 144 lb

    1st goal by Sep 20th - 138 lb

    final goal by Oct 24th ( my son's 1st bday) - 130 lb

    I'm 140 today - 130 in 6 weeks would be great. Had a good day so far, I always fall off the wagon at the weekend though, hopefully this will keep me on track!

    I weighed in on my home scale (usually prefer the one at the gym) and it tells me 143.8. This is up almost 4 lbs from before I left for a 15 day vacation to my hometown. I ate my way through it. Yikes!
