Working away on those couple of lbs gained over the last 2 weeks. Home alone for the next few days, so that should help me pay a little but more attention to my menu planning!! Looking forward to a good upcoming week! Wish the same for you all!

I lost .6 lbs. this week for a total of 5.6 lbs. for the challenge. I am not anywhere close to losing 25 lbs. or the remaining 19 lbs in the next 6-7 weeks. I am just going to do the best I possibly can and see what happens !!

I'm back! lost a pound and at 181 this morning. Lots of walking, swimming and bike riding at camp. Look up Lava Lakes Resort in Oregon if you get the chance. Its a beautiful place to view Mt Bachelor, Sisters, and Broken Top. We camp there every year. (: I see

On the plus side I decided maybe a good way to get rid of excess water was to sweat it all out!
So have just rediscovered my 'Biggest Loser Challenge' dvd for the Wii and completed today's challenge - and yay I won!
So feel a lot better ... although I def. need a shower now - bleugh!0 -
