    I didnt do C25K but followed my own version of it that they made up at the gym, Im regularly running 5K's now and loving it... if anyone would like to add me please feel free! :-)))

    I am doing C25K but with some HIIT mixed in! I have just done C25K Week 2 Day 2 and have a HIIT week next week. You can add me if you like! I need all the help I can get as well!! I have started and stopped C25K loads of times! This will be the last though!! I am in Kent as well!
