hey yall I just started with the message board here, i have been on and off of this fitness pal for a while, been working out much more lately. support will help a lot in this! I have been doing Zumba classes 2xs a week for 2weeks now also biking and walking and sometime running, I am looking to lose 30-40lbs total, its a huge challenge but I am going to try! I love LOVE food love to cook and need some help in this category. I have been doing good I rarely eat out, or fastfood but I like to experiment with food and love to try new things. any help wiht recipes would be fantastic! good luck to all! support is key in this
