Anyone doing The Color Run in Oct?

Hi! Just found this group through the main message board. I grew up in Cincinnati but live just across the river in Edgewood now.

Anyone running The Color Run in Oct? Was curious if MFP had a team formed or something. I was thinking about signing my 7 year old up for it as well as all the videos include kids. Anyone done it before? Is it pretty walk/jog friendly?

I signed up for it a couple months ago. I'm pretty pumped for it. I've never done one, but have heard great things about them.

I just did Color Me Rad in Columbus on the 19th. Not sure how similar they are but my run wasn't timed. I went with some friends and the one brought her 6 year old who had an absolute blast. My profile picture is my feet after the run. I had been wearing shoes and socks! :laugh:

I highly recommend signing up. It was a ton of fun!

ETA: Since the run wasn't timed, the majority of people walked. There were a few that ran the whole thing, but not many.

I am signed up to run with a team called "The Running Tutus". I am not a runner so this should prove to be interesting! LOL Color Me Rad looked so fun so I figured this was the next best thing.

It is the first weekend in October but I think registration is closed now. Just type color run cincinnati and it should pop up
