Well just wanted to let you all know that I haven't been able to post in awhile due to alot of traveling the last 3 weeks. I actually got back Wednesday from Ohio planning my mother-in-laws 50th Wedding Anniversary Dinner and boy was that ***STRESSFUL****
but needless to say it's over thank the Lord and all went well.
Now it's time for me to hit the gym and start training for my very first 10K in October and get back on track. Boy how I missed not being able to go to the gym while I was gone but now I will have plenty of time to do that seeing I am back at last from Ohio. Hope you all have a great week and remember Christmas is right around the corner let's see who can lose the most pounds by then!!! WHO'S UP FOR THE CHALLENGE?????
